First, you will receive an email warning from us notifying you that we have received a spam complaint for your domain(s), and asking you to stop sending spam. If you choose to ignore our warning, and continue to send spam, we will deactivate your domain or disable your entire Dynadot account. (This depends on the severity of the situation.) You will no longer be able to control the name servers for your domain(s), and instead a Dynadot "domain cancelled for spam abuse" page will appear in its place. You will not receive a refund or credit.
